NOA Healthcare is the UK’s fastest growing healthcare recruitment agency.
NOA Healthcare is the UK’s fastest growing healthcare recruitment agency. Coming into our third year of establishment, we are already the leading supplier of dialysis nurses in the UK and we are now expanding into prison nursing, mental health, care homes and nursing homes.
NOA, stands for No Other Agency – have the first fully automated booking system. This means nurses can book their shifts with one text message, therefore eliminating the need to constantly contact them for availability. Each member with be assigned a consultant, who will help them through every step of their application, membership and beyond.
We are now looking to recruit RGNs, RMNs, RNLDs, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers in order to meet our new clients’ needs.
We currently supply dialysis and prison nurses all over England and Wales to both private and public sectors. We are looking to supply RGNs, RMNs, RNLDs and HCAs to our new clients specialising in home care and nursing homes, predominantly in Peterborough, but also in the three counties South area including Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Oxford, Northampton as well as Bodmin in Cornwall.
We provide work for RGN’s & RMN’s, but are looking to focus on recruiting more RNLDs, HCAs, Support Workers. We have a lot of emerging work from our new clients, requiring RGNs, RMNs, HCAs and Support Workers.
We require all of our members to provide right to work in the UK, Valid DBS/CRB certificate, References, NMC Pin (if applicable), Valid Mandatory Training and National Insurance Number.
We are a framework agency. Our payments are made to our members on a weekly basis. Hourly rates of pay for dialysis nurses range from £31 – £38 p/h. Prison nurse’s rates are between £20 – £30 p/h. Our HCA rates are between £10 – £23 p/h. For RGNs working in care/nursing homes would be £23 p/h.
We accept PAYE, Limited Company and Umbrella Companies for payments, dependent on private or public sector.
We can provide online mandatory training at a small cost. We can also provide NOA DBS certificates if necessary. We are a friendly, family-orientated company. Because our members self-book their own shifts, there is no commission structure in place. These savings are reflected in our pay rates to our members. Block bookings are available. We can also provide appraisals if necessary.
I have worked for the agency for just over 2 years exclusively as their booking system is very unique. I can book a weeks’ worth of shifts in a minute. I have been very fortunate to pick & choose which shifts I would like to work. I am now getting shifts assigned to me on a weekly basis as I really enjoy working in the unit and I believe I am doing a very good job.
With the extra money I have earned from working with NOA I have been able to pay off my mortgage, giving me extra income and time to spend with my family.
I would and have recommended many of my medical contacts to NOA as they have a very friendly team who I can talk to about anything and whenever I am in the area I try to pop into the office to catch up with the team as it feels like a very family orientated environment.
The pay rates we receive are very good, probably the best in dialysis in the country. I am always paid correctly every week and have had no issues with this as all timesheets are approved online.
I would say that NOA are the best agency I have worked for and would advise any healthcare professional to join them if they are looking for locum work. I agree with the slogan ‘No Other Agency’ because they have a very positive approach to recruitment which I think other agencies should abide by.
