Wanted experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurses for NHS South East England

We are currently recruiting 10 experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurses for roles within the National Health Service (NHS) in England.

These positions offer the opportunity to work in high-acuity critical care environments, supporting patients with complex and life-threatening conditions as part of skilled multidisciplinary teams. You will play a vital role in delivering safe, responsive, and evidence-based care in fast-paced ICU settings.

We are seeking confident, clinically strong nurses who are comfortable managing critically ill patients, making rapid decisions, and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and compassionate care.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ recent ICU/critical care experience

• Experience in busy, high-dependency or intensive care units

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Applicants must be from non-red-list countries

Completion of the OSCE is welcomed but not essential, as full OSCE training and preparation can be provided where required.
